Training plan creation
In order to create the optimal training plan for you, it is essential that we get to know each other better in a personal conversation. This allows us to find out where you are at the moment, what your goals are and what resources we have at our disposal.
With our jointly filled out anamnesis form, we first check your state of health. What injuries, operations or other health impairments do you have? What goals do you want to achieve with your training plan?
Our training plans offer you different options:
- Muscle building and strength training
- Cardio and endurance training
- Full body workout
In addition, you will receive guidance, training and a plan for your training at the gym or at home.
The training plan contains detailed information about the exercises to be performed, the number of repetitions and the order of the exercises.
